AcumenBot

Background

The purpose of this project is to accurately simulate the movement of a RCX2 Lego robot using the physical simulation language Acumen. This project will also require a way to translate Acumen code into NQC so that it could be loaded onto the robot and tested.

Goals

This project can be deconstructed into the following tasks:

  1. [[#MeasureRec][Recording the size, weight, and behavior of the rover.]
  2. Creating a model of the rover inside Acumen using these measurements.
  3. Developing a method to convert Acumen code to NQC so that it could be run on the rover.
  4. If possible, creating a 3D model of the rover in order to visualize simulations.
  5. Running test Acumen programs on the rover.
